I’M DELANEY
I graduated from college in San Diego, CA in 2021 fully convinced I was headed toward a career in medicine—at the time, my understanding of Real Estate was limited to a room full of men in stiff suits, wooden-soled shoes, and even stiffer conversation.
Entrepreneurship had always been in my blood, so I took a leap—secretly getting my Real Estate license without telling my family and diving headfirst into the work of Retail before I had a chance to look back. That same passion led me to co-found BRICK & BRAND.
My goal with B&B is simple… to rewrite the narrative of this industry and prove that there’s room at the table for anyone bold enough to take a seat.

I’M bretley
I grew up thinking Retail Real Estate was boring… until I realized my dad was basically a superhero in disguise with his own Real Estate company. I was addicted to entrepreneurship by age 13 and was starting my own mini empires on the side.
That curiosity led me to Dallas, Texas where I received my bachelors degree and began my commercial Real Estate career.
6 years later that same curiosity led me to co-found BRICK & BRAND. Retail and Real Estate have taught me to see the world differently. I want to pull back the curtain on a world most people don’t get to see, so anyone can glimpse it—and maybe even jump in themselves.
